Mr. Tirapongse Pangsrivongse (4th left), President of the Thai Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (TSPCA) together with Dr. Theerawut Suwathanachao (2nd left), Consultant of the Department of Livestock Development, presided over the opening ceremony of the 11th Animal Lovers Network Seminar on the occasion of "8 years Enforcement of the Cruelty Prevention and Welfare of Animal Act, B.E. 2557 (2014)". The seminar was attended by Assoc.Prof.Dr. Varakorn Samakoses (3rd left), Vice President of TSPCA; Assoc.Prof.Veterinarian Parntep Rattanakorn (1st left), Vice President of TSPCA; Mr. Nikorn Chamnong (5th left), former Deputy Minister of Transport; Dr. Chamniern Vorratnchaiphan (6th left), Senior Policy Advisor to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and Mr. Jesada Anujaree (7th left), Committee Member and Legal Advisor of TSPCA, as well as over 30 animal lovers’ network organisations at Kantary 304 Hotel, Prachinburi.
